Being a Lighthouse
In times like this, companies with strong leaders step up and come out stronger. This is the time to be the calming force within your organization. We must take a deep breath, frame out and look for the opportunities that are everywhere. Yes, your business may look different. Amazon started as an online book store and pivoted (painfully) multiple times and you can too. This isn't the time to get caught up in panic and stick your head in the sand. For me personally I know who is ultimately in control and this is the time to seek God's will and plan and then co-labor with him. I encourage you to roll up your sleeves, dig in, reach out for help, pray and ask for wisdom, brainstorm, and get fresh sets of eyes on the challenges and opportunities. If you do this you will be like a lighthouse on a stormy night guiding your team to safety and you will attract customers and exiting new opportunities.
